IEI Kerala State conducted Wednesday technical talk on 04-05-2016. Er.N.Rajkumar, Past Honorary Secretary, IEI Kerala State Centre welcomed the gathering and introduced the speaker Mr.Jinu Jayapalan, Managing Director & Chairman, Dein Management Consultants Private Limited, India. The speaker delivered a Technical Talk on the topic ‘The Art of Crossing Cultures – The Problems in Cross-Cultural Encounters’’. The speaker narrated that,to avoid misunderstanding. We have to develop special skills in cross cultuaral encounters.Gestures and language have different meaning that cause embarrassment. After the lecture Er.K.Sarat Kumar, Honorary Secretary, IEI KSC proposed the vote thanks. The programme concluded with National Anthem.
